Teen Volunteer Application

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement as a volunteer. Candidates will be accepted on
the library’s needs matched with the candidates’ qualifications to meet those requirements as determined
during the selection process. Incomplete applications will not be considered for review. If there is a suitable
volunteer opportunity available at the time your application is submitted, you will be contacted by the Volunteer
Coordinator. An interview and reference check will be required before any candidate can begin an assignment.
All applications will be kept on file for one year.
